Kye Gbangbola MBA FCIOB EurBE CIHCM Dip GDA PGDCM PGDDM CEnv FIEMA LCSAP GACSO is Founder of Total eco Management Ltd (TeM) an award winning sustainability consultancy that has fast become a leading light in the movement to improve the performance of organisations.
Twenty years Director level experience of property and construction Kye is a recognised European Building Expert. However in recent years Kye has also shaped organisations in all business sectors to lead and achieve excellence in Sustainable Development. This is reinforced by sustainability assurance knowledge using the Accountability’s AA1000AS Standard.
Kye and his team at TEM were the official sustainability reporting supplier to the organisers of the London 2012 Olympic Games; LOCOG, resulting in some global firsts in GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) reporting practice. Kye’s sector leadership roles include Guest Lecturer to Post Graduate Students at some of the UK’ leading Universities. Nicole is Co Founder and Director of TeM. Nicole is a proven specialist in Environmental Management, Regeneration, Sustainable Development and providers of specialist executive education programmes in corporate economic and social governance (ESG) and chartered by the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). Nicole is a registered STEM Ambassador & Bloodhound SSC Ambassador to inform, advise and enthuse teachers, students and the general public in a desire to inspire children and young people in Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects. In the UK, and many of the developed countries worldwide, there is a shortage of scientists, engineers and mathematicians and we therefore urgently need our young people to be motivated to enjoy and study STEM subjects at school and then at university. The BLOODHOUND Project is endeavouring to be the catalyst through which young people will acquire the skills and develop innovative talents that will enable them to overcome the challenges we face on a global scale.
With 15 years in Law and chartered by the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), Nicole has a wealth of legal and technical knowledge from senior roles in city law firms. Most recently looking at the proposed new codes for the built environment, part of the government’s strategy for making all new commercial buildings zero carbon by 2019. 'We’re doing a lot of analysis looking at the policy landscape and asking if there is a need for a new piece of legislation to drive change in the non-domestic sector.’ Our mission is to dramatically improve the sustainability of the built environment, by radically transforming the way it is planned, designed, constructed, maintained and operated.

Enrique Torres - Guest Trainer from Torres Training Consultancy (Integrated Reporting Course)
Enrique Torres B.Ec, M.Ed has worked in training and management positions for private, governmental and non-governmental organizations in a variety of cultural contexts in Western and non-Western countries since the late 1980s.
Enrique Torres was the GRI Learning Services Senior Manager for 6 years up to April 2014. He established and headed the GRI Certified Training Program that is offered by around 70 GRI Training Partner organizations in over 100 countries worldwide. While working for GRI, Enrique gave speeches, presentations and workshops in major international CSR events worldwide. He now runs his own consultancy company providing sustainability related training services. His expertise is on sustainability measurement and reporting. Since starting in May 2014, he has undertaken projects for a variety of clients in Australia, Kenya, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, UAE and USA. |

With a background in financial services and the public sector, John has extensive experience working with senior management teams and across all business functions to deliver sustainable change in the form of products, services, and infrastructure development. John also has experience of developing training programmes to support transformational change for business stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

With a strong IT background, Richard looks after our ever expanding knowledge library and all the candidates' records, together with liaising closely with our team of Trainers.
